大豆异黄酮检测方法研究概述

摘 要:大豆异黄酮检测方法主要有紫外分光光度法、三波长法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色
谱―质谱法、气相色谱法、气相色谱―质谱法、毛细管电泳法、四标样快速测定法、薄层扫描色谱
法、双向纸层析色谱法,及医学上荧光免疫法中时间分辨荧光免疫分析法和酶联免疫吸附法等。
该文对上述检测方法进行系统总结和分析比较,以期为大豆异黄酮进一步研发提供技术选择参考。

Abstract:Soybean isoflavoes contain a variety of detection methods,such as ultraviolet
spectrophotometry,three wave length ultraviolet spectrophotometry,high performance liquid

ography,gas chromatography mass spectrometer,capillary electrophoresis,four standard samples

rapidassay,thinlayer chromatography scan,two dimensional paper chromatography and two medical

immunoassays,et al. Time resolved fluoro immunoassay and enzyme–linked immunosorbnent assay
–
were reviewed also. Systematically classification and comparation analysis on the methods of detection
for soybean isoflavones were reviewed in this paper so as to provide technical options reference for
further research and exploitation of soybean isoflavones.
