摘 要
20世纪以来,由于社会的不断变革以及人口的急剧增长和建设事业的迅猛发展,对地籍测量的成果,要求有很高的精度和现势性,还要为各部门方便而迅速地提供有关土地不动产的几何和物理信息。而传统的测量模式已不能适应社会的这种需要,全站仪、GPS RTK等先进测量仪器和技术随即产生并得到广泛应用。

ABSTRACT
Since the 20th century, due to the constant changes in society and the rapid population growth and the rapid development of construction,the results of the cadastral survey requires not only high precision and the adaptation to the current situation, but also to provide convenient and fast the land of real estate Geometry and physics information for departments. The traditional mode of measurement can not meet the needs of this community, Electronic Total Station, GPS RTK, and other advanced measuring equipment and technology have been immediately and widely used. In this paper, this discussion to GPS RTK + Electronic Total Station + computer’s digital cadastral model in a certain urban areas of application examples to prove that all-digital mode with conventional measurement measured by the incomparable advantages, fully able to meet the current needs of cadastral surveying.
