( 2012 )届本科生毕业设计(论文) 题 目绵阳市大学生练习太极拳对身体机能影响的研究 绵阳市大学生练习太极拳对身体机能的影响研究 学 生:蒋建军 指导老师:廖勇 摘 要:为提高绵阳市大学生的太极拳水平,普及太极拳内容,我运用问卷调查法,文献资料法,数理统计法,实验法,访谈法等,对绵阳市各大学开展太极拳教学现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:太极拳在绵阳市各大学并没有普遍开设课程。就此应该着重激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的学习动力,加强师资力量建设,提高教师理论级专业示范水平,在探讨太极拳练习对绵阳市大学生身体机能影响,以900名男女大学生为研究进行10周太极拳锻炼,并测定比较其锻炼前后的体重、脉搏、坐位体前屈、1000m(男)和800m(女)跑等5项指标。研究结果表明:除体重指标,男女大学生进行太极拳锻炼后以上指标都出现了变化,说明太极拳锻炼可以降低大学生的脉搏、提高有氧耐力运动素质和柔韧素质。所以太极拳练习可以提高大学生的整体身体机能水平。 关键词:太极拳;绵阳市大学生;身体机能;影响 Mianyang City College of Tai Chi exercise on physical function of Science students: Jiang Jianjun Teacher: Liao Yong Pick to : in order to improve the level of Taijiquan in college students in Mianyang City, the popularity of Tai Chi, I by using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature study, mathematical statistics method, experimental method, interview method, to Mianyang city each university development Taijiquan teaching present situation investigation and analysis. The results showed: Tai Chi in Mianyang City University and no general courses. This should arouse the students interest in learning, training students learning motivation, strengthen the faculty construction, enhance teachers theoretical level professional model level, in the discussion of Tai Chi exercise on Mianyang college students physical function effect, with900male and female college students to study for10 weeks with Taijiquan exercise, and determination of its weight, comparison before and after exercise pulse, sit and reach,1000m (m ) and 800m ( female ) running5 indicators. The results show that: in addition to body mass index, male and female college students after Taijiquan exercise above index changes have emerged, that Taijiquan exercise can reduce college pulse, improve the aerobic endurance and flexibility quality.
