A nd the beggars now in ou r coun try generally belong to the p rofe ssional typ e, wh ich can be fu rther divided in to the individualba sed typ e and the agen tba sed typ e. The agen tba sed beggars are con sidered a s the p roduct of the social tran sition of ou r coun try, wh ich m ay b ring abou t other social p rob lem s. On the other hand , an individualba sed begging ismo stly a cho ice of the beggars life style. So, its so lu tion is to seek the bal ance between the righ t for begging and civil order of the society.
