基于香豆素的金属离子探针 赵伟良1 (云南师范大学 昆明 650000) 摘 要:香豆素衍生物是自然界中广泛存在的一类重要天然杂环化合物。该类化合物除具有独特生物活性外,还具有优异的光学特性,其基本结构苯并毗喃是没有荧光的无色物质,但如果在7位上引入给电子基团,3或4位上引入吸电子基团后,形成推一拉电子体系,便得到强荧光物质。香豆素类荧光化合物具有荧光量子产率高、Stokes位移大、光稳定性好等诸多优点,设计合成新型香豆素类荧光化合物具有重要意义。本论文综述了香豆素类荧光分子探针识别机理,包括光诱导电子转移PET、分子内电荷转移ICT、激基缔合物和荧光共振能量转移FRET。总结了香豆素类荧光试剂的研究进展,包括香豆素类阳离子荧光分子探针、香豆素类阴离子荧光分子探针和香豆素类中性分子荧光分子探针,并提出了自己的一些想法。 关键词:香豆素 荧光 金属离子 化学传感器 Based on the metal ion microprobe coumarin Zhao Weiliang1 (Yunnan normal university kunming 650000) Abstract:As an important group of organic heterocycles, coumarin derivatives are found to possess versatile biological activities. Besides, they have unique photochemical and photophysical properties. Coumarin is a kind of none fluorescent substance, while coumarins with an electron-donating substituent in position 7 .along with an electron withdrawing or electron delocalizing substituent in position 3 are known to exhibit particularly strong fluorescence. There are so many advantages of coumarin derivatives such as high fluorescence quantum yields二large Stokes shifts and good Dhotostabilitv, so design and synthesis of novel coumarin derivatives with fluorescent are very important.This paper summarized coumarin kind of fluorescent molecular recognition mechanism probe, including photoinduced electron transfer PET, intra-molecular charge transfer (ICT, stimulating and associating content and fluorescence resonance energy transfer FRET. Summary of the fluorescent reagents coumarin research, including some cation coumarin fluorescent molecular probe,coumarin anionic fluorescent molecule of probe and coumarin neutral molecules of fluorescent molecular probe, and puts forward some of his own ideas.
