金钱草中黄酮苷的分离与结构鉴定

摘要 : 目的 从金钱草中分离制备标准品。方法 用硅胶柱色谱进行分离 , 通过理化方法及 IR ,UV ,MS ,
1 HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC ,HMBC 等光谱分析确定化合物结构 。结果 从金钱草中分离得到 2 个化合物 ,分别鉴
γ ( ) α ( ) β ( )
定为鼠李酮酸 内酯 I 、山奈酚3 O L鼠李糖 1 →2 D木糖苷 II 。结论 II 为新化合物 ,命名为金钱草素 , I
为首次从该属植物中分离得到 。

Abstract : Aim To isolate and prepare chemical standards. Methods Flavonol glycoside and rhamnonic

acid lactone were isolated from whole plants of Lysimachia christinae Hance . with 95 % ethanol and purified

by silica gel column chromatography . UV , IR , MS , HNMR , CNMR , DEPT , HMQC , HMBC were used for
the structural identification . Results Two compounds were obtained . They were identified as rhamnonic acid
γ ( ) α ( ) β ( )
lactone I and kaempferol3O L rhamnosyl 1 →2 Dxyloside II . Conclusion Compound I w
