基于模糊故障树分析法的汽车空调制冷系
统故障诊断研究

摘要:为改善驾乘人员的舒适性,现代的汽车、客车、工程机械等车辆都安装有空调设备。
但由于汽车空调工作环境恶劣,使得汽车空调制冷系统极易发生故障。本文以汽车空调制冷
10 系统作为研究对象,通过分析该系统的故障形式,提出了对汽车空调制冷系统的基于模糊故
障树理论的诊断方法,建立了该系统的模糊故障树,并对该故障树进行了事件模糊化分析和
算法的研究,可以迅速地找出故障的原因。此诊断方法具有直观,形象,灵活,简便,为汽
车空调的设计、维护和维修提供了科学依据,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract: In order to improve the comfortable of driver and passenger, modern cars, buses and
engineering machinery are installed with air conditioning equipment. But the automobile air
conditioning have poor working environment, which makes its refrigerating system is easier to
malfunction. Based on the automobile air conditioning system as the research object,the fault
25 diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree theory is put forward through the analysis of the failure
forms of the system. The fuzzy fault tree of the system is established and event fuzzy analysis as
well as fuzzy algorithm are conducted.This diagnosis method is intuitive, image, flexible, simple,
for the automotive air conditioning design and offer a scientific basis for maintenance and repair,
has the very high practical value.
