摘要:
赤点石斑鱼是一种重要的经济鱼类,其优质鱼种生产对于水产养殖的发展具有重要意义。本研究旨在探究赤点石斑鱼卵型芳香化酶基因的表达特征及其启动子功能,为促进赤点石斑鱼产业的发展提供科学依据。本研究计划采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和蛋白质表达技术等方法,分析赤点石斑鱼卵型芳香化酶基因在不同组织、发育阶段和性别中的表达特征,并通过生物信息学分析和双荧光素酶报告基因筛选,筛选出赤点石斑鱼卵型芳香化酶基因启动子功能区域。通过研究不同启动子片段的转录活性,初步探究赤点石斑鱼卵型芳香化酶基因的调控机制。本研究的结果有望为进一步揭示赤点石斑鱼生殖调控机制提供一定的理论基础和实验数据。

Abstract:
Red spotted grouper is an important economic fish species, and the production of high-quality fish breeds is of great significance to the development of aquaculture. The aim of this study is to explore the expression characteristics of the egg-type aromatase gene of the red spotted grouper and its promoter function, and to provide scientific basis for the development of the red spotted grouper industry. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology and protein expression technology will be used to analyze the expression characteristics of the egg-type aromatase gene in different tissues, developmental stages and sexes of the red spotted grouper. Through bioinformatics analysis and dual luciferase reporter gene screening, the promoter function region of the egg-type aromatase gene of the red spotted grouper will be screened. The transcriptional activity of different promoter fragments will be studied to preliminary investigate the regulatory mechanism of the egg-type aromatase gene of the red spotted grouper. The results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical basis and experimental data for further revealing the reproductive regulation mechanism of the red spotted grouper.
