二级圆锥圆柱齿轮减速器的设计与仿真 摘 要:减速器是各类机械中广泛应用的机械,减速器的优劣直接影响着机械设备的传动性能。 减速器是原动机和工作机之间独立的闭式传动装置,用来降低转速和增大转矩以满足工作需求。 减速器的类别、品种很多,根据使用需要而设计及不同的减速器,本文设计的是二级圆锥圆柱齿轮减速器,根据减速器的原始数据,完成减速器组成部件(包括齿轮、轴、轴承、箱体等)的设计及校核,然后绘制出整个减速器的装配图,以及高速轴、低速轴和锥齿轮的零件图。之后对上箱体进行加工工艺的分析,了解箱体的加工过程,制定工艺路线,制作工艺卡片。 最后通过计算出二级圆锥圆柱齿轮减速器的各项参数,利用Pro/E软件对减速器各构件建模,最后进行干涉分析、运动仿真,进行虚拟装配,最后对该模型进行运动学仿真分析,验证该结构的有效性和可行性。 关键词:减速器,设计,Pro/E,工艺,建模,仿真 Secondary design and simulation of bevel cylindrical gear reducer Summary: reducer are widely used in all types of machinery and mechanical,gear reducer directly affect the transmission performance of machinery andequipment. Reducer is between the prime mover and work independent of closedtransmission device, used to reduce speed and increasing torque in order tomeet work demands. Reducer of category, and varieties many, according to using needs and design and the different of reducer, paper design of is II level cone cylindrical gear deceleration device, according to reducer of original data, completed reducer composition parts (including gear, and axis, and bearing, and box,) of design and the check, then draws out whole reducer of Assembly figure, and high-speed axis, and speed axis and cone gear of parts figure. Analysisto the processing box on after about case processing developed routes,making cards. Finally figuring out the secondary bevel cylindrical gear reducersparameters, modeling using Pro/e software for gearbox components,interference in the last analysis, simulation, virtual Assembly, andkinematics simulation analysis of the model to verify the effectiveness andfeasibility of the structure.
