中国石油大学胜利学院专科毕业设计(论文) 专科生毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 烯烃聚合催化剂的应用研究 学生姓名: 系 别: 化学化工系 专业年级: 指导教师: 2012年6月20日 摘要 烯烃聚合催化剂的共同的特点都是使用过渡金属,在中压,低压下进行烯烃的高聚合反应的差异性比较。近几十年来聚合催化剂技术进展很大,这是由于过渡金属催化:化学的发展所致。齐格勒(Ziegler)催化剂,非利普斯(llhilliiS)催化剂以及美孚(Standard)催化剂几乎是在同一时期,内出现的。并且齐格勒Czicgler)催化剂又成为络合催化剂发展的开端,促使定向聚合和选择性低聚舍得以迅速发展。聚合催化剂种类多面且范围广泛,下面仅对烯烃聚合催化剂加以论述。聚烯烃工业技术进展很大程度上得益于催化剂的进步,世界大约3/4的线性聚乙烯是用钛基齐格勒-纳塔催化剂生产的,其余的份额主要是铬基催化剂。20世纪90年代初推出的茂金属催化剂将带来聚合工业的重大变革。文章概述了齐格勒-纳塔催化剂、铬基催化剂和茂等单中心催化剂的应用现状和发展趋势,概述了国产化聚乙烯和聚丙烯催化剂的研发和应用现状,指出聚烯烃催化剂仍将是今后我国石油化工的研发重点。 关键词:催化剂;茂金属;聚乙烯 ABSTRACT Olefin polymerization catalysts are the common characteristics of transition metals used in medium voltage and low voltage under high olefin polymerization of the differences between.
