摘 要
球罐作为大容量、承压的容器pherical tank is the large-capacity and pressure’s storage container . It has a lot of advantages , such as small surface area , stronger shell plates bearing capacity , small footprint , simple foundation , small wind surface , beautiful appearance and so on . So it is widely used in oil and gas , chemical , petrochemical , metallurgy , construction and other industries . But it also has complex manufacture and installation , difficult welding , high technical requirements , and it stores the flammable , explosive or toxic material . Therefore , the quality of its production and processing technology in the national economy has occupied an important position .
The design according to GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessels and Welding Handbook , combined with the characteristics of the welding process a large spherical tank of 400m3 . Using Auto CAD software to map out the structure welded spherical tank and part drawings to ensure the accuracy of the assembly process . While taking advantage of sophisticated welding methods , equipment and processes to improve labor efficiency and large spherical tank construction to reduce construction costs and improve weld quality assurance weld strength requirements , thus avoiding some of the security incidents , to ensure the safe use of spherical tank .
