PAGE 企业成长性评价研究 摘 要 企业的成长即企业的可持续成长，它是企业在一个较长的时期内从小变大、由弱变强的变革过程。随着资本市场在我国的深入发展和逐步完善，出于融资和投资及理论研究等方面的考虑，理论与实务界已经把对企业成长性的评估作为自己决策和研究的重要的参考依据。 本文在对企业成长性的一般理论进行回顾与评述的基础上，对国内外有关企业成长性评估指标体系进行了较深刻地剖析，分析研究了现阶段我国上市公司“企业成长性评估指标体系”的构建原则，从“财务状况、人力资源、经济环境”等三个纬度构建了企业成长性评估指标体系，并以上市企业为例，进行个案研究，对构建的评估指标体系进行了验证分析，研究结果显示，与其他有关方法相比具有较好的一致性。 关键字： 企业成长性 评估指标体系 财务指标 经济环境指标 人力资源指标 Abstract Growth of enterprises is namely enterprises grow up continuously, it is the changing course while as a child who become great changing from weak to strong during a longer period. Along with the deepening development and progressive perfection, in consideration of financing, investment and theoretical research, theoretical and actual circles have already regarded evaluation of growth of enterprises as an important reference basis when they have to make policy or decision. Based on the review of the general theory of growth of enterprises, this article deeply dissected index system of evaluation of growth of enterprises of home and abroad, analyzed and studied the establishing principle of index system of evaluation of growth of enterprises in our country at present, and established the index system from three angles as financial situation, human resources and macroscopic environment. Meanwhile, in order to verify the index system, this article also selected the listed company to study, and the result showed that comparing with other methods this index system showed few differences.
