毕业论文 （2010届） 浙江地区创业板上市公司成长性实证分析 摘 要 随着越来越多的企业进入创业板上市公司，投资者也越来越关注创业板块，如何分析创业板的成长性对于投资者来说也越来越重要。企业的成长性也是上市公司的核心问题，而企业的成长性直接决定了投资者对企业的投资决策。然而，对于我国的证券市场来说，目前的机制还不够完善，深入了解创业板上市公司的成长性将有助于我国证券市场的不断完善。 本文通过对创业板和成长性的界定，结合创业板上市公司的特点，选取成长性的评价指标，建立评价模型，利用因子分析对14家浙江地区创业板上市公司进行实证分析。 由此，探索出一套完整的分析评价方法，分析浙江地区创业板14家公司的成长性；构建出评价创业板上市公司成长性的指标体系；了解各家企业的成长性情况，以帮助投资者对创业板的上市企业做出更好的投资决策。 关键词：创业板；上市公司；成长性；浙江 Abstract As more and more enterprises to enter the GEM listed companies, investors are increasingly concerned about the business sector, how to analyze the growth of the GEM is also increasingly important for investors.
