In this paper, the flow volume and velocity of water and pipe diameter involved in the design of pharmaceutical water distribution system were discussed. The method of selection of water machine and tank by drawing used and produced water volume curve was, then, proposed. The methods of cooling water used in injection and pipe connection were discussed in detail and consequently an appropriate scheme was recommended. With respect to parallel pipeline scheme, the theoretical calculation method of pipe diameter was presented.
