The global performance of algorithm is improved by introducing immune theory into Genetic Algorithm(GA). This is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is that immune selection can be effective in preventing premature, the other is that the strategy based on immunological memory sub-group information exchange can be faster convergence. Because GA has the insufficiency in the Web services selection, and IGA can choose effectively from the alternative Web service and compose the Web service composition, which improves the service combination quality and the convergence speed. Simulation results indicate the feasibility of the algorithm by comparing IGA algorithm with GA algorithm.
