劳动力定价走势研究 摘要 工业化进程中传统部门劳动力的释放和政府的就业促进政策会造成劳动力价格的低水平，根据国际贸易相关理论，廉价劳动力的增加引起的经济增长导致大国贸易条件的恶化，小国贸易条件不发生变化。当贸易条件恶化带来的利益损失超过了经济增长带来的福利增加，就是贫困化增长。随着我国改革开放和工业化进程的加快，大量劳动力从传统农业部门释放出来，加上高校扩招高校毕业生的大幅增加，我国劳动力供给大大增加，为了促进就业，政府采取了“低工资、高就业”的就业促进政策。在劳动力资源丰富和就业促进政策的共同作用下，我国劳动力价格处于低水平。我国以廉价劳动力的比较优势参与国际贸易，主要出口劳动密集型产品，但是这造成了我国贸易条件的恶化。本文通过研究劳动力定价的现状及走势发展，希望为我国贸易条件的改善，为我国对外贸易的良性健康发展、获得更多的贸易利益，为我国劳动力市场的发展，为我国就业政策的改进等方面提供理论方面的支持。 关键词：劳动力；定价；贸易条件；发展走势 Abstract In the process of industrialization of traditional department of labor released and government employment promotion policy will cause the low labor price, according to the relevant theories of international trade, cheap labor to increase caused by the deterioration of the economic growth leads to large terms of trade, terms of trade is not small change.
