Through the study of different characteristics of parts in the production design process, the production pails are roughly divided into three modules ；secondly, different module partition methods aie used for further modulai* design, and according to the as­ sembly relationship between the final partition m odules, the standard interfaces are built to complete the overall modular design for production ；at la st, through analyzing the design results, it is concluded that the modular design can accelerate the upgra­ ding of detachable plate heat exchanger, save design time and greatly improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
