可拆式板式热交换器的模块化设计研究#

摘要:针对三种不同的可拆式板式热交换器进行模块化设计。通过研究各部分零部件在产品实际设计过程当中的
不同特点,将产品的零部件粗略划分为三个模块;接着,运用不同的模块划分方法进行进一步的模块划分;根据最终
划分出的模块间的装配关系,建立标准接口,完成产品的总体模块化设计;最后,通过分析设计结果得出:模块化设计
可以加速可拆式板式热交换器的更新换代,节约设计时间,大大提高企业的市场竞争力。

A b stra ct :In this paper, modular design to three different kinds of the detachable plate heat exchanger woxdd be conducted.
Through the study of different characteristics of parts in the production design process, the production pails are roughly divided
into three modules ;secondly, different module partition methods aie used for further modulai* design, and according to the as
sembly relationship between the final partition m odules, the standard interfaces are built to complete the overall modular design
for production ;at la st, through analyzing the design results, it is concluded that the modular design can accelerate the upgra
ding of detachable plate heat exchanger, save design time and greatly improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
