Development of financial markets has become the most important factor of social stability, peace and prosperity. Since the reforms and opening up, the financial market has spread to small tow ns, even to the less developed areas in the raral economy. With the economic develops rapidly, Rural Finance in China becomes more mature, forms a certain scale of rural financial system which is compatible with the rural economic development. However, the economic developments between urban and rural areas are not synchronized; the gap between urban and rural areas become larger, the problem of low income of farmers has been standing out. A series of problems of Chinas rural financial system still exist. China, as a traditional agricultural country, 70 % of the citizenry are peasant farmers. Stable and healthy development of the rural economy has a crucial importance in China5s socialist economic construction. As we all know, mral financial development is conducive to raral economic growth. So in the paper, we find out the status of rural financial development, think about the problem we have to face, and try to find out the solutions.
