石 油 化 工 2022 年第 51 卷第 3 期 PETROCHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY ·297· DOI :10.3969/j.issn.1000-8144.2022.03.008 挥发性有机物泡沫阻隔技术研究 1 2 1 2 1 , , 武  陈 ,王  岽 ,郦和生 (1. 中国石化 北京化工研究院,北京 100013;2. 北京中石瑞柏新材料科技有限公司,北京 100013) [摘要]通过对一系列发泡剂和稳泡剂进行筛选,确定了一种能长时间阻隔挥发性有机物(VOCs )的泡沫配方,考察了泡沫 α 对VOCs 的阻隔效果及稳定性。实验结果表明,当发泡液中软脂酸钾、 -烯烃磺酸钠和阿拉伯胶的质量分数分别为2%,2%, 0.5%时,形成的泡沫稳定性最好,泡沫25%析液时间可达3 500 min ;将泡沫覆盖在VOCs 污染介质(土壤或水)表面,能 立即阻隔介质中的VOCs 向空气中扩散,且阻隔效果可维持24 h 以上。该技术在VOCs 物料泄漏应急处理和土壤VOCs 污染 快速阻隔方面具有广阔的应用前景。 [关键词]泡沫;阻隔;挥发性有机物;应急处理;土壤修复 [文章编号]1000 -8144 (2022 )03 -0297 -05 [中图分类号]TQ 423.94 [文献标志码]A Study on VOCs foam blocking technology Wu Chen1,2 Wang Dong1,2 Li Hesheng 1 , , (1.
