工艺管控 工艺管控 黄原胶对复合发泡剂性能影响的实验研究 李佳怡(安徽理工大学,安徽 淮南 232001) 摘要:针对矿用防灭火生物质复合发泡剂(烷基糖苷与茶皂素的比例为2 ∶1) 存在的泡沫稳定性不足的问题,通过添加 黄原胶作为稳泡剂提高了生物质复合发泡剂的黏度及其相应的泡沫稳定性,制备得到了具有高稳定性、绿色环保的矿 用防灭火生物质泡沫材料。通过研究不同浓度的黄原胶对复合发泡剂性能的影响,包括泡沫的发泡体积、半衰期、黏度 和微观结构,确定了黄原胶的最佳添加量为0.4% 。实验表明当黄原胶浓度为0.4% 时,泡沫的发泡体积达到500 mL ,半 衰期长达26 h ,黏度为2 750 mPa ·s 。 关键词:防灭火泡沫;黄原胶;稳定性 中图分类号:TD75 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1008-4800(2022)22-0146-03 DOI: 10.19900/j.cnki.ISSN1008-4800.2022.22.041 Experimental Study on the Effect of Xanthan Gum on the Properties of Compound Foaming Agent LI Jia-yi (Anhui University of Science and Technology, Huainan 232001, China) Abstract: In view of the problem of insuff icient foam stability existing in the compound foaming agent (the ratio of alkyl glycosides to tea saponins is 2 ∶1) of mine f ire prevention and extinguishing biomass, the viscosity and foam stability of biomass composite foaming agent were improved by adding Xanthan gum as foam stabilizer, and the f iref ighting biomass foam material with high stability and environmental protection was prepared. The effects of different concentrations of Xanthan gum on the properties of the composite foaming agent, including foam volume, half-life, viscosity and microstructure, were studied. The optimum addition of Xanthan gum was 0.4%. The results showed that when the xanthan gum concentration was 0.4%, the foam volume reached 500 mL, the half-life was 26 h and the viscosity was 2 750 mPa ·s.
