沿 发泡剂对镁水泥性能影响的试验研究

摘要:以硫氧镁水泥为胶结料,试验制备泡沫混凝土,试验研究动物蛋白发泡剂掺量对硫氧镁水
泥试件密度、力学强度、耐水性能及导热性能的影响。结果表明:随着发泡剂掺量的提高,试件干密
度、力学强度及导热系数随之降低,耐水软化系数先升高后降低,质量吸水率先降低再升高;发泡剂
P26 最佳掺量为氧化镁质量的0.60%,该掺量时水泥试件的干密度为0.90g/cm,抗折强度为3.67MPa,
抗压强度为10.27MPa,质量吸水率为5.20%,抗折软化系数为1.29,抗压软化系数为0.92,导热
混 系数为0.2069w/ (m·k)。

Abstract:Foam concrete was produced using magnesium oxysulfide cement as a binder.This paper has studied the
effects of animal protein foaming agents on the density, mechanical strength, water resistance, and thermal conduc-
tivity of magnesium oxysulfide cement specimens. The research finds out that with the increase of the content of the
foaming agent, the dry density of the specimen decreases, together with the decrease of the mechanical strength and
thermal conductivity. The water resistance softening coefficient increases before its decreases, and the mass water
absorption decreases before its increases.In conclusion, the optimum content is 0.6% of themass of Mgo,where the
dry density at this content is 0.90 g/cm, the flexural strength is 3.67MPa, the compressive strength is 10.27MPa,
the mass water absorption is 5.20%, and the flexural softening coefficient is 1.29, The compressive softening coef-
