研究· 分析·实验 电化学法制备的CoFe O 薄膜 2 4 付若鸿,钟智勇,吴卫波,查 杰,张怀武 ( 电子科技大学 电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室,四川成都 610054) 摘 要:首先在硫酸盐溶液中由电镀法制备 CoFe2 合金薄膜,然后采用阳极氧化法在碱性溶液中氧化 CoFe2 合金薄膜制备 CoFe O 薄膜,再在空气气氛中、600℃退火 3h。用原子分光光度计(AAS )法测量合金中Co2+ 、 2 4 Fe2+ 的含量。由质量法测定铁钴合金薄膜的厚度,研究了电镀 CoFe 合金薄膜的工艺条件(电压、时间、温度) 2 对 CoFe2 薄膜厚度的影响。分别用 X 射线衍射仪(XRD )、扫描电子显微镜(AFM )和振动样品磁强计(VSM ) 观测薄膜的相成分、表面形貌和磁性能。结果表明,制备的 CoFe O 薄膜具有尖晶石结构,退火促进了 CoFe O 2 4 2 4 薄膜的结晶,降低了饱和磁化强度,但增大了矫顽力。 关键词: CoFe2O4 薄膜;电镀; 薄膜结构; 磁性能 中图分类号:O484.4+3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-3830(2008)05-0026-03 Electrochemical Synthesis of CoFe O Thin Films 2 4 FU Ruo-hong, ZHONG Zhi-yong, WU Wei-bo, ZHA Jie, ZHANG Huai-wu State Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Film and Integrated Devices, University of Electronic Science and Technology , Chengdu 610054, China Abstract: CoFe2 alloy films were electrodeposited from simple aqueous sulphate bath.
