Key Words：Auto second-hand car, second-hand car market, Assessment of?second-hand car 1.行业背景 在新车市场增长萎缩的背景下，二手车交易市场依旧保持温和放量，尽管保持在较窄的增长区间，但相较新车市场增长明显。2011年1月～8月我国累计产量达1185.52万辆，同比增长3.04%，累计销量达1198.36万辆，同比增长3.33%。与新车销量增长萎靡情况不同的是，2011年1月～8月，二手车交易量与同期相比，呈持续上涨状态，市场总体表现稳定，增长率保持在10%至20%之间。据中国汽车流通协会数据显示，今年 1月～8月全国（大陆）31个省市共交易二手车267.77万辆，与去年同期相比增长了35.78万辆，同比增长15.42%，增长率稳步抬升。8月份，单月二手车交易量达37.32万辆，环比上升5.91%。 我国二手车市场起步晚，但发展快，前景广阔。但是与国际上相对成熟的二手车市场相比，中国二手车市场正处于初级阶段：行业结构不合理，市场诚信度不高；准入条件缺失，市场秩
