【摘要】

地黄是中药材中广泛使用的一种植物，具有多种药理活性成分，对人体有多方面的益处。微生物作为地黄生长环境中不可缺少的一部分，对地黄的生长和药效发挥都有一定的影响。本研究旨在筛选分离出对地黄生长和药效有促进作用的微生物，并探究其作用机制。

首先，我们将采集不同生长地点的地黄样品，并通过培养基培养和筛选的方法，分离出对地黄生长和药效有促进作用的微生物。随后，通过DNA测序和系统发育分析，确定这些微生物的物种和亲缘关系。之后，我们将从菌株的培养条件、代谢产物等方面探究这些微生物对地黄的促进作用机制，同时也将研究其对其他中药材的作用情况，为进一步开发微生物肥料提供参考。

本研究对于提高中药材种植质量和药效、促进农业可持续发展具有一定的现实意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】

RehmanniaisawidelyusedtraditionalChineseherbalmedicine,whichhasmultiplepharmacologicalactiveingredientsandbenefitsforthehumanbody.MicroorganismsareanessentialandinseparablepartofthegrowthenvironmentofRehmannia,andtheyhavecertaininfluencesonthegrowthandpharmacologicaleffectsofRehmannia.ThisstudyaimstoscreenandisolatemicroorganismsthatcanpromotethegrowthandpharmacologicaleffectsofRehmannia,andexploretheirmechanismsofaction.

Firstly,wewillcollectRehmanniasamplesfromdifferentgrowthsites,andisolatemicroorganismsthatcanpromotethegrowthandpharmacologicaleffectsofRehmanniathroughcultureandscreeningmethods.Then,byDNAsequencingandphylogeneticanalysis,wewilldeterminethespeciesandevolutionaryrelationshipsofthesemicroorganisms.WewillalsoexplorethemechanismsofactionofthesemicroorganismsonRehmanniafromtheaspectsofcultureconditions,metabolites,etc.,andstudytheireffectsonothertraditionalChinesemedicines,providingreferencesforthefurtherdevelopmentofmicrobialfertilizers.

ThisresearchhascertainpracticalsignificanceandapplicationvalueforimprovingthequalityandpharmacologicaleffectsoftraditionalChineseherbalmedicinesandpromotingsustainableagriculturaldevelopment.
