世界著名管理大师人口统计特征、成才动力机制与政策启示

内容提要:
参照相关文献和标准,确定106位世界著名管理大师为研 宄对象,分别对其人U统计特征的主要变量进行梳理、统 计和分析,并对其成才成功的动力机制进行总结和提炼, 进而提出相应的政策启示及建议。世界著名管理大师在性 别、国籍、职业、年龄、专业、学历等方面呈现出明显的 特征,他们成才成功及管理创新的动力机制由拉动力、激 励力、支撑力和助推力四种类型以及社会需求、政策法律、 教育开发、国家奖励、市场驱动、社会尊重、媒体褒扬、 学术奖励、大师推介、企业资助、文化滋养共11种力量组 成。应明确管理大师培养开发的重要战略意义,理清其制 约因素,制定并实施管理大师培养开发战略与政策。
According to pertinent literature and standards,106 world-famous masters in administration and management are adopted as the objects of this research.After the processing and analysis the key variables of demographic characteristic,the power mechanism of their success are summarized and extracted,and relevant policy enlightenment and suggestions are presented in this paper.Specifically speaking,the outstanding features of world-famous masters in administration and management are demonstrated in gender,nationality,profession,age, profession,and
educational background, etc. the power mechanism of their success is composed of driving force, exciting force,support force and propelling
force.Additionally, it represents a system involving 11 factors:social demand, policy laws, educational development, national award, market driving force,social respect, media recognition, academic incentive, master recommendation, corporate funding,and cultural nourishment. Therefore,It is suggested to make clear of the strategic importance of the cultivation and development of master in administration and management, clarify the constraints, and then enact and implement the strategies and polices of the cultivation and development of masters in administration and management.
