The report will have significant impacts “ ” on the negotiation of 20 15 agreements currently under the Durban Platform. In order to better use these findings to support our international negotiation and domestic work on addressing climate change, the paper identified some key conclusions and analyzed their implications to the negotiation of 2015 agreements.
