 Abstract After nearly thirty years of rapid development, Chinese family firms have become an important part of Chinese economy and the enormous impetus, have made great contributions to Chinas economic growth and the countrys GDP growth. But the Chinese family enterprises in the further development process is still faced with many growth restrictions and problems. Under these constraints, faced with personnel issues, enterprise culture, enterprise system, financial problems, such as problems of efficiency. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Chinese in the development process of family business are presented, which reveals the factors hidden behind these characteristics, and put forward the countermeasure of corresponding countermeasures.
