摘要：延迟焦化是石油二次加工技术，可处理残炭和金属含量很高的劣质原料，提高轻质

油的收率和脱碳效率。某炼油厂延迟焦化装置生产运行过程中分馏塔上部塔壁发生泄漏，停工检

修期间对该设备内部进行了腐蚀检查。从超声测厚、设计因素、操作因素、腐蚀因素等方面对腐

蚀原因进行了分析，并提出相关的建议，避免此类问题再次发生，保证装置长周期平稳、安全运

行，同时为同装置的类似问题提供有力帮助。
