Since China joined WTO in 2001, with the accelerating pace of reform and opening up, China has made great social and economic development. China adhered to the financial and trade agreement signed as a permit into WTO, fully liberating China banking market at the end of 2006 .Thanks to this, foreign banks are no longer limited by foreign currency business and Yuan business licence, nor are there any region business and client restrictions.Therefore, a growing number of foreign banks are coming into China to do business. But what we have to admit is that foreign banks entering into Chinese market is a double-edged sword:on one hand, it brought great opportunities to the development of the Banking Industry in China .Meanwhile ,it also brought tremendous challenges to China banking industry. Currently, how to face the challenges and seizing the opportunities for the development of Chinas banking industry has become an unavoidable issue of banking reform in China. Foreign banks full access to have a major and far-reaching impact on Chinas financial and economic development.
