The research found that: the current general track and field teaching in Physical Education Department of Hengshui University is facing a huge dilemma. The main reason is the lack of people on the environment value of track and field teaching contents and methods of track and field teaching knowledge; the lack of interest, make students weariness emotion. Combined with the research of Physical Department of Hengshui University track and field and discusses the general outline of the status and role of the track and field teaching in physical education, and puts forward some positive suggestions on the present situation of the Physical Education Department of Hengshui University volleyball athletics teaching syllabus.
