摘 要
小学语文教师专业化发展对提高小学语文教学质量、加速小学语文教师成长有着十分重要的意义。小学语文教师专业化发展主要涉及专业知识、专业品质、专业能力等方面。通过对武庙街小学语文教师的调查和查阅相关文献发现,大多小学语文教师在专业化发展过程中要受到教师自身专业素质不高、面临素质教育和片面追求应试教育的矛盾、人文性和工具性的矛盾、教与学的矛盾。本文在指出存在问题的同时,也从开展基于教育实验的行动研究,引导小学语文教师在实践中反思,在反思中形成自己的教学风格,寻找促进小学语文教师专业化发展的隐性知识显性化的方式等方面提出促进小学语文教师专业化发展的方法。

Abstract
the primary school language teachers professional development to improve the quality of the Chinese teaching of primary school, speeding up the elementary school teachers of Chinese language growth is very important meaning. Primary school language teachers professional development mainly involves the professional knowledge, professional quality, and professional ability and so on. Through to the WuMiao street elementary school teachers of Chinese language and literature review and investigation found that most elementary school teachers of Chinese language in the professional development process was to teachers professional quality is not high, quality education and only pursue facing the contradiction of education test, humanity and the contradiction of instrumental, teaching and learning contradiction. In this paper pointed out the problems at the same time, also carry out education experiment based on from action research, guide elementary school teachers of Chinese language in the practice reflection, from review form his own teaching style, looking for promote the professional development of teachers of primary language of tacit knowledge of undergoing ways of primary school Chinese put forward to promote the professional development of teachers method.
