全球背景我国IT企业的发展战略.docx

论文摘要自二十世纪末以来，全球经济日趋一体化，国际企业间的交流与距离日益缩小，同时竞争也日益加剧。近几十年来，全球信息技术（IT）产业得到突飞猛进的发展，我国IT产业也不例外。制定合适的发展战略，对企业在激烈的外部竞争中起着指导性和方向性的作用，是企业不走弯路的根本保证。本文提出，在全球化背景下，我国IT企业必须制订适当的发展战略，充分发挥企业内部资源和能力，利用全球化背景带来的外部机遇，避免企业自身劣势和外部威胁，才能在国际竞争中长足取胜。为此，企业必须整合内部资源，提高核心竞争力，不断创新。在制定发展战略的过程中，可以运用SWOT矩阵分析法，对企业所处的内外部环境、优势与劣势进行全面系统的分析，选择相应的发展战略。最后，本文指出，SWOT矩阵分析法也存在其缺乏客观性的弱点，可在应用过程中尽量结合量化分析，同时努力提高企业管理者的判断力和洞察力，更好地制定和调整企业发展战略，适应动态竞争。关键词：全球化、发展战略、SWOT矩阵分析AbstractSince the end of the 20th century, globalization has shortened distances among international enterprises, and has brought more fierce competition. In the past decades, the international information technology (IT) industry has achieved substantial progress, with no exception to that in China. To win in international competition, IT enterprises need to develop appropriate strategies to guide them forward and avoid bypasses.This article put forward that in the globalization age, Chinese IT enterprises need to give full play to their internal resources and competences, avoid external threats to outperform their rivals. Enterprises can make use of SWOT analysis to conduct overall analysis of their internal and external environments, strengths and weaknesses in developing their strategies. Finally, this article points out that SWOT analysis has its own weakness, so to a certain extent it relies on the judgement of managers to better develop strategies and cope with competition.
