微型立式数控铣床结构设计学 院:专业、 班级:学 生 姓 名:指导教师(职称):完 成 日 期:微型立式数控铣床结构设计总计:毕业论文:49页表格:7表插图:26幅说明书+图纸(CAD、三维图)+外文翻译如有需要请联系qq:1079663995指导教师:评阅人:完成时间:摘要微细切削加工技术作为重要的军民两用技术,己经成为现代科技研究的前沿课题之一。微细切削加工技术区别于MEMS技术和超精密加工技术,是利用传统加工方式针对微米级以下小零件进行高效率、高精度的微细制造。为了降低机床成本、提高加工效率、减少能耗,国内外正在发展微型机床和微型工厂。本文在大量查阅国内外资料的基础上,经过分析和比较,设计并构建了一台专用于微细铣削加工的微型立式数控铣床系统。完成了微型数控铣床总体方案设计,确立了机床的整机结构、总体布局以及关键部件(控制系统、主轴系统、进给系统、精密台钳系统、刀具冷却系统、加工环境系统、夹具体和机床底座等)的选型与设计,研发出采用陶瓷球轴承油气润滑高速电主轴、直线电机十精密光栅尺的进给伺服系统以及基于IPC的三轴运动控制的微型立式数控铣床。微型铣床整机结构设计对加工精度影响显著,整机结构设计将直接影响整个微型铣床的加工精度。本文对微型数控铣床的主要部件进行选型分析,对整机在结构设计上能否满足加工精度设计要求进行了校验,成功设计了一台微型立式数控铣床。结果证明所设计的微型铣床能够实现微米级的进给,能够满足后续微细铣削加工的研究。关键词:微型铣床;进给系统;立式结构设计;3DABSTRACTThe applications of micro-cutting technique on precision machining ofthree-dimensional small parts have created a great technology revolution of the micro-cuttingfield. Differentfrom MEMStechnique and ultra-precision machiningtechnique, micro-cutting technique is an efficient method to carry out high productivity and highprecision micro manufacture for micron and meso scale miniaturized parts with traditional machining methods. Ultra-precision machine tool is an important equipment to conductmicro-cutting. However, the domestic development on custom machine used formicro-cutting is still at the initial stage and there is a lack of embed research from machinerysystem design tomicro-cutting mechanism analysis. Based on the extensive referring to domestic and externalinformation,After analysis?and comparison,a 3-axis linked miniature CNC milling machine toolsystem was successfully constructed for manufacturing of micro products. The overall schemedesign of the micro NC milling machine is completed and the whole structure of the machinetool, the overa layout, also the selections and design of the key components(control system,spindle system, feeding system, precision bench vice system, tool cooling system, theprocessing environment system, fixture and machine base, etc) are established.
