摘要

深海来源解淀粉芽孢杆菌SH-B10生产的脂肽具有广泛的生物活性,因此对其进行分离纯化和结构鉴定具有重要意义。本研究的目的是分离纯化深海来源解淀粉芽孢杆菌SH-B10生产的脂肽,并通过质谱、核磁共振等技术对其进行结构鉴定。

首先,本研究将深海来源解淀粉芽孢杆菌SH-B10进行预处理,提取脂肽。然后,通过离子交换色谱、凝胶过滤色谱等方法进行脂肽的分离纯化。接下来,使用质谱和核磁共振等技术对分离纯化的脂肽进行结构鉴定。最后,对鉴定的结构进行生物活性测试,研究脂肽的生物活性和作用机理。

Abstract

Thelipopeptidesproducedbydeep-seasourcedBacillusamyloliquefaciensSH-B10haveawiderangeofbiologicalactivities.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetoisolateandpurifythemandidentifytheirstructures.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoisolateandpurifythelipopeptidesproducedbydeep-seasourcedBacillusamyloliquefaciensSH-B10,andidentifytheirstructuresthroughmassspectrometry,nuclearmagneticresonanceandothertechniques.

Firstly,thedeep-seasourcedBacillusamyloliquefaciensSH-B10werepretreatedandthelipopeptideswereextracted.Then,thelipopeptideswerepurifiedbyionexchangechromatography,gelfiltrationchromatographyandothermethods.Next,theisolatedandpurifiedlipopeptideswereidentifiedbymassspectrometryandnuclearmagneticresonance.Finally,thebiologicalactivitiesandmechanismsofactionofthelipopeptideswerestudiedbytestingtheirbiologicalactivities.

Itisexpectedthattheisolationandpurificationoflipopeptidesproducedbydeep-seasourcedBacillusamyloliquefaciensSH-B10andtheidentificationoftheirstructureswillexplorenewantibacterialandbiologicallyactivesubstances,whichisofgreatsignificanceforresearchinvariousfields.
