Abstract
Emerprise Manmgemem Information System(MIS)is one of the new technologies developed rapidly in the computer area in resent ye盯s.Ntis plays a crucial part in making corporation key decisions.daily work and basic control The real-time managemem in produce process is the important part of MIS. Based on the 1370 five-stand pickled tandem cold roiling mills of a certain accurate strip steel Cor.,this paper studies the data steam and relationship of the produce process and founds a produce process data management information systenl.
Alter understanding the produce states of the 1370 five-stand pickled tandem cold rolling mills,this paper studies the data steam and relationship of the produce process;analyses two database research modeis which are client/server and browser/server comparably.The client/server model MIS design scheme is proposed and the functions ofclient/server are determined.
Analyzing the data steam and relationship in rolling,the database conception model is built.Abstract and Change the exact data collected from rolling process into substance and property of information world,and display them by E—R charts.By studying the logic structure of database and substance of as well as transform of relationship in E—R charts,a way tO build database logic model that setting auto·add field as substance code in the substance is put forward.On this basis,the database store method and store structure are analyzed and detabase structure for application is founded.
Usillg VB language and ADO technique,the function blocks of rolling data managemem are realized.And the system is tested by practice.Steel thickness data recorded in the database is analyzed into mathematical statistics and printed by normal distribution.By this statistical regulation a real-time data collecting method is proposed,which is prepared for the rolling mill model
self-study.
