毕业设计（论文） 题目：××公司绩效管理的问题与对策研究  ××公司绩效管理的问题与对策研究 摘 要 随着企业管理的不断创新和发展，人力资源管理在当代管理中的重要性逐渐凸显，而绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心工作，是实现组织战略和员工发展的主要工具，它能有效保证组织战略的执行，离开了绩效管理，即便再好的战略也无法实施。本文以东莞××有限公司为例，从不同的角度对企业绩效管理存在问题进行分析，分别从绩效管理体系建设、绩效评价、绩效沟通、绩效反馈四个方面，以例带面，探讨企业绩效管理的对策。本文通过实地考察、信息收集、资料分析、研究论证等方法，得出解决的对策可以从建立科学的绩效管理体系、使用科学的绩效管理工具、健全的绩效管理流程三方面来执行，借此以达到有效改善企业绩效管理的目的，促使××公司企业能够步入快速的发展之路。 关键词：绩效管理；研究；对策 RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MAJOR ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY ABSTRACT With the development and innovation of enterprise management, the importance of human resources management in the contemporary management of the increasingly prominent, while the performance management is the core of human resources management, is the main tool to realize the organization strategy and employee development, it can effectively guarantee the implementation of organizational strategy, left the performance management, even if again good strategy cannot the implementation of.
