Faced with an increasingly complex and volatile market environment, private listed companies that have a wealth of opportunity and facing a severe test. In the current environment, a good sustainable development is inseparable from private listed companies financial management activities of enterprises, financial management activities of private listed companies to achieve business goals made outstanding contributions. Because many of our private listed companies to seize opportunities or to enter a particular industry and the rapid growth of a particular, because of poor internal management focus only on extension and expansion, poor intensive, especially the lack of financial management mechanism, the financial crisis appears quickly find themselves in financial difficulties. So how to improve the financial management of the private activities of listed companies has become a top priority. The current situation therefore be the development of financial management activities of private listed companies, this paper will research, identify problems and find solutions to these problems related countermeasures.
