民营企业财务管理存在的问题及其相关对策 ----基于东莞市金叶电子科技有限公司的调查 摘 要 本文是通过对东莞市金叶电子科技有限公司等中小民营企业的分析研究，建立一套适合中小民营企业的财务控制模式，使中小民营企业利用此模式，防范风险，及时预警，并能采取相应财务战略措施，保证中小民营企业整体目标的完成，实现企业价值最大化。中小企业受传统体制和外部宏观经济等因素的影响，在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况。本文针对目前中小企业存在的融资困难、财务控制薄弱、管理模式僵化等问题，提出了政府积极扶持、严格资金管理、改进会计处理方法、加强财会队伍建设的对策。 关键词：融资困难；财务控制薄弱；管理模式僵化；严格资金管理； 加强财会队伍建设 STRENGTHENING SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED PRIVATE ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT----BANKOF NEW ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY ABSTRACT This article is on new electronic technology, Dongguan City Bank Co., Ltd., the analysis of small and medium private enterprises, small and medium private enterprises to establish a suitable financial control model, so that small and medium private enterprises to take advantage of this model, risk prevention, timely warning, and to take appropriate financial strategic measures to ensure that small and medium private enterprises to complete the overall goal to achieve maximum business value.
