毕业论文 （20_ _届） 温州地区民营企业财务管理存在的问题及对策 摘 要 企业财务管理是一个永恒的主题，加强财务管理，能够带来许多积极效应，但要应当遵循一定原则。民营企业更应当研究财务管理创新问题，研究如何加强财务管理才更有效果。随着经济市场化、国际化、信息化进程逐步加快，财务管理面临更加纷繁复杂的社会环境，为了适应日益激烈的国内外市场竞争，企业必须对建立在传统经济基础之上的财务管理模式加以改革创新，本文就知识经济下温州民营企业财务管理存在的问题及相关对策进行分析探讨。 本文对部分温州民营企业的财务管理工作进行了初步探索，主要分为四个部分来写。先阐述民营企业财务管理新的相关理论研究，然后分析温州民营企业财务管理存在的问题，接下来阐述引起温州民企财务管理存在问题的原因及财务管理创新的必要性，最后详细阐述加强温州民企财务管理的对策，论证财务管理创新与加强对于民营企业的重要意义。 关键词： Abstract Financial Management of Corporation is an eternal theme． It can bring many positive effects through strengthening financial management， but we also should follow some principles． The private enterprises shall study more innovation problems of financial management and how to make the financial management more effective．With the gradually speeding up of economic market， internationalization and information process， the financial management are facing more complex social environment． In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition at home and abroad，the enterprises must reform financial management mode which is on the basis of traditional economy． So this paper will study and analysis the Wenzhou private enterprise financial management problems under knowledge economy and the related countermeasures． This paper give a primary discussion about some Wenzhou private enterprise financial management work through four parts． Firstly，it states some related new theory researchs of the private enterprise financial management，then analyses the problems of Wenzhou private enterprise financial management．It expounds the problems that caused the Wenzhou corporation financial management and the necessity of financial management innovation in the third part．At last it sates the countermeasures of strengthening Wenzhou private corporation financial management，and demonstrates the significance of the financial management innovation and strengthening to the private enterprises． Keywords：Financial management；Private enterprise；Problem；Countermeasure 目 录 1 民营企业财务管理的
