SHANDONGUNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计说明书 搬运机械手及控制系统设计 学 院: 机械工程学院 专 业: 机械制造及其自动化 摘要 我国的机械手的发展在最近几年得到了突飞猛进的发展,机械手可以仿照人类的某些肢体运动完成某些特定的动作,所以机械手在生产活动中扮演着越来越重要的角色。因此机械手会在我国得到更普遍广泛的应用。 搬运机械手在当今工业、医疗、自然灾害等等的领域中等到了广泛的应用发展,然而搬运机械手的控制系统和执行机构在工作中起到举足轻重的作用,因此控制部分和执行部分对于机械手的工作的整体运转情况具有十分重要的意义。所以本次毕业设计主要的任务是解决执行机构和控制部分的问题,该毕业设计采用气压传动作为执行机构,可编程控制器作为搬运机械手的控制部分。 对于本论文的总体设计主要有一下几点,首先要确定搬运机械手的工作对象、设计的目的、搬运机械手的自由度。本毕业设计要通过计算计算出气爪个夹紧力,伸缩臂的气缸、摆动气缸的扭矩等,然后选择标准气缸。执行部分要画出气动原理图,控制部分要根据搬运机械手控的IO点数选择三菱FX系列PLC。根据毕业设计的任务书要求画出梯形图和程序语句表。 关键词:搬运机械手 气压动传动 可编程控制器 SMC气缸 Abstract The robots development has been rapid development in recent years, The robot can be modeled on the human limb movements to complete certain actions.
