[摘要]近年来,我国物流配送管理发展较快,但是不得不承认,与国际先进水平相比,整体水平尚处于较低层次。 华联超市成立于1992年9月九年多来,公司以连锁经营为特征,以开拓全国市场为目标,不断提高集约化水平和自我滚动发展的扩张能力。多年来的实践证明,把配送中心建成多功能、集约化、低成本的供货枢纽,以及运用信息技术来重组和提升超市的供应链管理,是连锁经营的核心战略,也是支撑连锁超市超常规发展的重要条件。

Abstract:Despite of the rapid development of physical distribution enterprise in China in recent years, its overall level is still lower when compared with the international standards, which is self-explaining. Founded in September, 1992, Hualian supermarket aims to cultivate its market in the whole country by using the chain store and its intensivism level and expansion ability have been improved to a large extent along with the time. ?The many years’ practice shows that the key strategy of running chain stores lies in making the distribution center ?multifunctional, intensive and low-cost as well as using information technology to restructure and improve the management of supplying chains. They are also important terms for the overspeed development of chain stores. This paper, starting from the successful running of Hualian’s physical distribution, analyzes the main problems ?of China’s chain store physical distribution and proposes suggestions for the modernization of China’s chain store physical distribution. ?
