PAGE 5 壹加壹连锁超市物流配送管理存在的问题及解决方法 摘 要 随着连锁超市在中国发展迅速，经济的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧，物流配送业会受到越来越多的重视。物流配送正是高效益的连锁经营的供货枢纽和保证，它促进生产、满足消费、降低成本，能够以最少环节、最短距离、最低费用实现最大经济效益。本文通过借鉴其它连锁超市的成功经验，运用现代物流配送管理理论和方法以及现代信息技术对壹加壹物流配送中心物流系统进行研究分析，总结壹加壹超市在现在的物流配送中存在的问题，并提出解决方法。 关键词：连锁超市；物流配送管理 On the existing problems and solutions of logistics management in One plus One supermarket chain Abstract The supermarket chain and economy in China are developing rapidly. Moreover, the Market competition has become intensified. As a result, people attach greater importance to logistics. Logistics is the supply chain and the guarantee of the high-benefit field chain management. It can not only promote production, meet the need of consumption, cut down the cost, but also get the maximum economic benefits with the least links, the shortest distance and the lowest cost. Based on the successful experience of other supermarket chains, the paper makes research analysis on One plus One supermarket chain logistics system of the logistics distribution center applying modern logistics management theory and methods and the modern information technology. Besides, it has summarized the existing problems on current logistics distribution of One plus One supermarket chain methods of optimization.
