孤独症儿童睡眠障碍与行为问题关系研究进展 　　[摘要]孤独症儿童普遍存在睡眠问题，孤独症儿童是否会因为睡眠质量差而使白天的行为问题加重，这方面的研究相对还比较少，目前的治疗指南只注重改善患儿的行为问题，但没有重视改善患儿的睡眠质量。尤其低功能的孤独症儿童更容易表现出严重的睡眠和行为问题。通过观察孤独症患者的睡眠状态可以更好地了解孤独症患者的行为问题，也可以更好地制定干预的目标和计划。治疗孤独症的睡眠问题有可能会改善孤独症患者白天的行为问题。该综述的结论来自于有限的研究，尚需要更多领域深入的研究。 　　[关键词]孤独谱系障碍；睡眠障碍；低功能孤独症；治疗 　　[中图分类号]R749.94 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）04（b）-0187-03 　　The Relationship Between Sleep Disorders and Behavioral Problems of Children with Autism 　　PENG Xinxian 　　Out-patient Department for Children and Teenagers， Changchun psychiatry hospital （NO. 6 hospital ）， Changchun， Jilin Province， 130052 China 　　[Abstract]Although sleep problems are common in children with autism spectrum disorder （ASD） whether poor sleep exacerbates problematic daytime behavior， such relationships have received very little attention. At present， treatment guidelines only pay attention to improve behavior problems， but fail to valued for improving sleep quality in ASD. Especially children with low-functioning autism， those individuals who often experience the most severe sleep disruption and behavioral problems. It can be better to know the behavior problems by observing the sleep of children in ASD， and better to set goal and plan of intervention. It might help to improve daytime behavior by treating the sleep problems of autistic for the children in ASD. This paper concludes with a discussion of the limitations of current knowledge and proposes areas that are important for future research. 　　[Key words]Autism spectrum disorder； Dyssomnia； Low-functioning autism； Treatment 　　孤独谱系障碍是以社会交往障碍、刻板的行为和局狭的兴趣为特征的神经发展障碍综合征[1]。目前孤独症仍被认为是最令人困惑的儿童发展问题，2008年纽约城市调查其发病率为1：88[2]。虽然目前全球因孤独症造成的经济负担仍无法统计，在美国每年的社会支持大概要花费1 260亿美元。 　　目前，孤独症患者的父母报怨最多的是患者的睡眠问题，大约40%～80%的患儿曾有过睡眠问题，而正常的儿童只有25%～40%会有睡眠问题[3]。对于发展中的儿童，睡眠好坏影响脑的功能，如精力的储存，脑的生长，记忆的巩固以及认知能力的累积。由于睡眠的这些重要性，如果孤独症患儿睡眠不足会产生严重的后果。到目前为止，关于孤独症患者睡眠状态与行为问题的关系的研究很少。目前尚未把低功能孤独症儿童的睡眠问题列为治疗目标。该文重点强调对于低功能、尤其有严重行为问题的孤独症患者应描记他的睡眠状态并确定治疗方向。该文对以前的研究进行简单的总结，希望能对以后的研究在设计方面有所帮助。 　　1 低功能
