脑得生固体口服制剂车间的工艺设计 摘 要 本次设计的主要目的是设计一个年生产十亿片香菊片的口服制剂车间。在满足GMP要求的前提下，通过年生产人物推算出批生产量，以此对提取工艺进行物料衡算和能量衡算，然后根据计算结果进行主要设备的选型。在设备选型后，进行制剂车间的平面、立面布置，确定出主要设备的平面立面位置，画出平面布置图、带控制点的工艺流程图等。同时，为了达到GMP的标准，对生产管理、“三废”处理、消防卫生、劳动安全、环境保护等都设计了详细的实施制度。此设计中所有涉及到的关于脑得生的生产、质量 方面的标准或关于生产方面设备的标准均采用最新的国家标准。此次设计整体布置合理，实用方便，风格独特。 关键词：脑得生片，制剂车间，设计 Design of preparation workshop which can Produce one billion tablets of Naodesheng Per Year ABSTRACT The main goal of this paper is to design an preparation workshop which can produce one billion tablets of per year .GMP requirements are met under the production of the task through the projected annual production volume batch production ,this extraction process on the material balance and energy balance ,and then calculated the results of major equipment selection .After the equipment selection ,preparation workshop for the plane ,elevation layout ,determine the elevation of the main equipment of the plane position ,draw the floor plan ,with the process control point map .Meanwhile ,in order to achieve GMP standard ,production management ,the “three wastes” treatment ,fire and health ,labor safety ,environmental protection and so the detailed implementation of the system design .The design of all involved on naodesheng film production ,quality standards on the production equipment are using the latest national standards .The design of the overall layout is reasonable ,practical and convenient ,unique style.
