纳米TiO2流体的分散及稳定性研究..doc

纳米TiO2流体的采用“两步法”制备出不同浓度、不同分散剂的TiO2-H2O纳米流体以及不同基液的二氧化钛纳米流体, 选用紫外分光光度法对不同分散剂量纳米流体的分散稳定性进行了评价, 使用乌氏粘度计对纳米流体中不同分散剂量的流体以及不同质量分数的二氧化钛纳米流体进行了粘度测定,同时对纳米流体的表面张力和重力沉降能力进行测定。实验结果表明: 纳米粒子的密度越小,团聚体所受到的沉降力就越小,纳米流体的悬浮稳定性就越高;纳米流体的分散稳定性随着TiO2粒子质量浓度的增大先增强后减弱; 一般分散剂的用量与样品的质量比为1:1为宜;在介电常数相差不大的基液中,基液流体的动力粘度对纳米粒子悬浮液稳定性起主要作用。关键词:纳米流体质量浓度分散稳定性粘度表面张力重力沉降Nano TiO2 liquid dispersion and stability study *** ** **** (Biological and chemical engineering institute,Guangxi university of science and technology Liuzhou,China) Abstract With titanium butyl acetate acid as the main raw material, using sol-gel method nanometer TiO2. , the two step preparation out different concentration, different of dispersant TiO2-H2O nano fluid and different base of titanium dioxide nanotubes liquid fluid, choose ultraviolet spectrophotometry on different doses of the dispersion of scattered nano fluid stability evaluation, use the viscosity of nanos project in the flow different doses of the fluid and different scattered the mass fraction of titanium dioxide nanotubes fluid viscosity determination, at the same time, the surface tension of nanometer fluid and gravity settlement ability method. The experimental results show that the density of the nanoparticles is smaller, reunion body has the settlement force is smaller, the suspension stability of the nano fluid is higher; Nano fluid of the dispersion of TiO2 particle concentration quality stability with the increase of the enhanced first weakened; General dispersant dosage of quality with the sample ratio of 1:1 advisable; In the dielectric constant of the little difference from liquid, the liquid viscosity fluid power of nanometer particle suspension stability plays a main role.
