合理用药论文：合理用药 合理用药指标 医院 门诊处方 【中文摘要】本研究旨在了解南京市六合区城市医院和农村医院门诊处方药物使用情况,建立基础本底资料,为进一步制订合理用药干预措施提供依据,为进一步建立合理用药可持续发展提出政策建议。方法：本研究采取分层抽样的方法,从南京市六合区医院中抽取2家城市医院、2家乡镇医院,以WHO/INRUD《医疗单位合理用药调研方法及指标》为工具,从每家样本医院2009年7月至2010年6月的门诊处方中,抽取每月15号的全天处方,从中随机抽取20个就诊人次的处方,12个月共计960个就诊人次的处方；随机选择样本医院普通门诊就医的患者,按预先设计好的问卷逐项现场进行调查。建立数据库,用Excel2003和SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果：城市医院及乡镇医院平均用药品种数分别为2.47种和3.04种；非专利药名所占比例分别为86.21%和93.77%；抗生素应用率分别为39.62%和54.78%；注射剂应用率分别为35.48%和45.93%；基本药物应用率分别为81.64%和87.70%；平均就诊时间分别为6.59分和7.09分；平均调配时间分别为14.2秒和25.6秒；药品标示完整率分别为97.8%和93.6%；患者了解正确用法百分率分别为93.8%和84.5%；患者满意度分别为82.9%和76.3%；每张处方的药品平均金额分别为142.31元和47.68元。结论：本次研究抽查的医疗机构均存在一定程度的不合理用药情况,要解决不合理用药问题,需要进一步加强干预,以提高合理用药水平。 【英文摘要】:The aim of this study was to describe the current drug use practices in urban and rural hospitals in Jiangsu Province, and gather baseline data, which can serve as a basis for designing an appropriate intervention to improve the drug use profile, and ensure the rational use of drugs(RUD) policies are effective and sustainable.Methods:A retrospective study of outpatient prescriptions during the period of July 2009 to June 2010 15th of each month was conducted. A total of 4 hospitals (2urban and 2 township hospitals)were selected through stratified sampling in which 60 outpatient encounters per facility were observed and the information was collected on a specifically designed form. Patient care indicators were obtained through progressive study of internal department outpatients. Analyses were carried out using Excel 2000 and SPSS11.0 software package.Results:The average number of drugs Per encounter in urban and rural hospitals was 2.47 and 3.04, respectively.86.21% and 93.77% of drugs were prescribed by generic name in urban and rural hospitals, respectively.
