PAGE PAGE 9 摘要：随着中小企业的发展，内部控制成为公司管理中极为重要的组成部分。随着互联网技术的不断发展进步和经济全球化的不断加深，中国的信息化建设进程不断加快。企业资源计划（ERP）系统作为一种强大的企业管理信息化系统，它具备适应多种应用环境的能力，并且具有较强的即时控制能力，它可以说是企业在信息时代不可或缺的一项管理信息系统。在信息化高速发展的时代，企业要积极引入和完善ERP系统，根据企业经营特点和所处的环境，建立并完善相应的内部控制和监督机制，发挥内部控制的作用，帮助中小企业认清发展过程中的不足并加以改进，才能促使中小企业更好地适应经济和社会的需要。 关键词：ERP，中小企业，内部控制 Abstract：With the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, internal control has become a very important part of company management.
