74 广东农业科学 20l4年第 3期 半红树植物苦槛蓝内生真菌的分离及 抗植物病原菌活性研究 丁唯嘉 ,张穗强 ,龚 (1.华南农业大学理学院生物材料研究所 ,广东 广州 兵 ,李春远 ,王秀芳 510642;2-广 东药学院药科学院 广东 广州 510006) 摘 要:为寻找新的抗植物病原菌微生物资源 ,以苦槛蓝为对象开展 了研究 。从其Ⅱ 叶脉 、茎 、树皮 、根共分离 到 104株内生真菌。经形态学初步鉴定 ,它们主要属于无孢类群 、盘长孢属 、青霉属 、枝孢霉属和曲霉属。生物活性测 试表明 ,所分离到的苦槛蓝 内生真菌 中有 77.9%对包括小麦赤霉 、大豆疫霉 、香蕉炭疽和柑橘青霉 中至少 1种植物病 原菌显示抑制活性 ,42.3%和 11.5%的菌株对上述植物病原菌 中的至少 1种分别达到 了中度抗菌和强烈抗菌 。高效 液相测试显示苦槛蓝提取物与 5种具有强烈抗菌活性的苦槛蓝内生真菌提取物的谱 图差异显著 ,表明这些 内生真 菌产生了不同于原植物代谢产物的新的抗植物病原菌活性物质。 关键词 :苦槛蓝 :内生真菌;抗植物病原菌活性 中图分类号 :Q939.5 文献标识码:A 文章编号 :1004—874X(2014)03—0074—05 Isolation and inhibitory activity of endophytic fungi from the Semi-mangrove plant Myoporum bontioides A.Gray DING WEi—Jia ,ZHANG Sui—qiang ,GONG Bing ,LI Chun-yuan ,WANG Xiu-fang (].Institute ‘Biom~erid,College ofScience,South China Agricultural University,Guangzhou 510642,China; 2.School ofMedicine,Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,Guangzhou 510006,China) Abstract:To search for new microorganisms with inhibitory activity against plant pathogens,Myoporum bontioides A. Gray was chosen to be studied.One hundred and four endophytic fungal cultures were isolated from the leaf,leaf vein, stem,bark,and root samples of Myoporum bontioides A.Gray.They mainly belonged to the genera of sterile mycelium, Gloeosporium spp.,Penicilium spp.,Cladosporium spp.and A spergillus spp.Primary bioassay of their metabolites showed that about 77.9% strains had inhibitory activity against at least one plant pathogens among Fusarium graminearum Gloeosporium muscl~,Penicillium ita!icum and Phytophthora s (Kaufmann& Gerdemann).And the proportions of the strains with medium and high activity were ab out 423% and 1 1.5% .respectively.The HPLC analysis showed that the spectral profiles of the extracts of Myoporum bontioides A.Gray and five selective endophytic fungi with high antifungal activity were remarkably diferent,which suggested that these fungi produced diferent antifungal compounds in contrast to their mother plant.
