Methods 102 patients with acute craniocerebral injury treated in this hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were convenient selected and diagnosed by CT and MRI. The results of two kinds of diagnosis were compared with those of pathology. Results The coincidence rate of intracranial hematoma was % by CT diagnosis and the coincidence rate of craniocerebral fracture was %. The coincidence rate of intracranial hematoma and skull fracture was significantly higher by CT than that by MRI (P). The coincidence rate of MRI was %, the frontal lobe lesion coincidence rate was %, the frontal temporal lobe lesion coincidence rate was %, the top occipital lobe lesion coincidence rate was %, which were significantly higher than the CT detection rate (P).
