Methods 172 cases of urinary calculi patients from March 2014 to March 2017 treated in this hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table， with 86 patients in each group， urinary tract in patients of the control group were treated vein angiography examination， the observation group of urinary calculi with CT ureteral reconstruction， the total detection and satisfaction of diagnosis of the two groups of patients with urinary calculi were convenient compared and analyzed. Results The total detection rate of urinary tract calculi in the observation group was % and that of the control group was %， differences were significant between groups （P）， the satisfaction of diagnosis in the observation group was %， and that of the control group was %， there was significant difference between groups（P）.
